True health and wellness requires being healthy in our spirit, soul and body. What we eat, how we think, what we say and our actions all create who we are.
Come get tips and build relationships with others just like yourself. We will highlight emotional health, spiritual health and education as well as nutritional tips and exercise demo and self defense.
You will be able to speak to professionals in the field and learn the steps to live as God desires us to live and prosper and be in good health even as our soul prospers. Save the date.
