Chef Linsey and Gerardo Garcia

Husband and wife chef Team Gerardo and Linsey Garcia
cook up farm to table cuisine highlighting what is in season.

Our menus change four times a year with the seasons to highlight what is fresh in the Central Valley. Chef Gerardo and Linsey have worked at restaurants in Hollywood, Malibu, Beverly Hills and San Francisco but are originally from the Central Valley.

Chef Linsey attended and graduated from a two and half year culinary program at Los Angeles Trade Technical College in downtown Los Angeles. Chef Gerardo graduated from Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco. Both chefs have extensive catering experience and are now able to serve the Oakhurst area.

With over twenty years of combined culinary experience they are ready to do more than just provide an excellent meal, they strive to create an experience.  Sit back and be our guests at our new location in beautiful Fish Camp CA at the Narrow Gauge Inn.

Our service staff puts it all together with the knowledge and attentiveness you would expect at any upscale dining establishment.

Located just 2.5 miles South of the
Yosemite south gate entrance,
in Fish Camp, CA.
